On Time Elmer is a San Antonio based new pool and renovation company. We are proud to have managing partner and owner Dominick Pizzuto involved with overseeing operations. Dominick has been involved with fiberglass and gunite pool companies in San Antonio for over 25 years. He is an expert in both design and construction, and one of his biggest strengths is dealing with pool structural elements, both in new build and repair.

Why Pink
Elmer's mother lost her battle against cancer in 2008. She stood for respect, integrity, honesty and generosity. In her honor of her spirit we painted the trucks PINK. Our pink vans stand out from other pool companies in san antonio to raise awareness. In honor of her caring nature we set aside a portion of our profits to support community organizations that provide assistance to women, children, and families.
